Theth national park Albania

Crossed the Montenegro-Albania border and went right to Theth, crossing 2 magnificent cols. Theth village (1 restaurant, 2 "hotels", and many camp sites) is at the end of the Theth valley. Only way to get in and out, is crossing those 2 asphalt cols, or take the offroad route.

What I did and crashed, and injured my ankle. Many months later I still have issues with the ankle, a crack in the bone and torn ligaments...

This is a very remote valley, every couple of hours electricity shuts down.

And yes, the cliché is right, Albanians love Mercedes!
